This hands-on culinary demo invites guests to explore the vibrant world of street tacos, starting with freshly hand-pressed corn and flour tortillas made in-house. The main course features a trio of tacos—carne asada with cilantro and onion, tequila lime shrimp with chipotle and tomato, and wild mushroom with queso fresco—each paired with a selection of house-made salsa roja, salsa verde, and guacamole. The evening wraps with a refreshing mango sorbet finished with Tajín and mint. Get a front-row seat to technique, flavor, and the craft of authentic taco-making.
